What is fragrance packaging, and how is it different from perfume packaging?
Fragrance packaging on this page refers primarily to secondary packaging for scented candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, scented sachets and home fragrance gift sets.
Packaging for personal fragrances, such as eau de parfum, cologne, discovery vials and perfume bottles, is covered separately in our perfume packaging collection. Both categories may use premium boxes and protective inserts, but the product dimensions, weight and presentation requirements are different.

Can you design custom boxes for glass candle jars?
Yes. Custom candle boxes can be developed around the exact diameter, height and weight of the candle jar, lid and base.
Heavy glass or ceramic containers generally require strong paperboard, appropriate clearance and an accurately fitted insert. The structure should support the base and limit movement without making the candle difficult to remove.
Can you design protective packaging for reed diffusers and room sprays?
Yes. Inserts and dividers can be designed around the dimensions of the diffuser bottle, cap, reeds and accompanying accessories. Separate compartments can prevent the glass bottle and reeds from moving against each other during handling.
Available insert materials may include folded cardboard, corrugated board, molded pulp, EVA foam and thermoformed trays. The selection depends on the product weight, fragility, presentation requirements and sustainability objectives.
Can several fragrance products be packed in one gift box?
Yes. A custom candle set gift box can hold combinations of candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, matches, wick trimmers and other accessories.
The insert can be divided into dedicated compartments to distribute weight, protect glass items and create an organized unboxing experience. Multi-product sets are commonly used for holiday collections, wellness gifts, corporate gifts and influencer campaigns.
Do you manufacture packaging for scented sachets?
Yes. A custom fabric scented sachet can be developed for wardrobes, drawers, home fragrance collections, promotional gifts and fragrance sampling.
The fabric, dimensions, closure, filling method, logo application and outer presentation can be customized. If the scented filling will touch the fabric directly, the material and construction requirements should be confirmed during development.
Can the outer packaging prevent scent loss or fragrance leakage?
Paper boxes are secondary packaging and are not normally designed to provide an airtight or liquid-proof seal. Preventing scent loss and leakage primarily depends on the candle vessel, diffuser bottle, room spray container or sealed inner sachet.
The outer package can provide physical protection, light screening, dust protection and branding. If leakage is a concern, the structure may incorporate a protective bag, coated insert or replaceable barrier component, but compatibility with the fragrance formulation should be tested before production.
Which finishes are suitable for luxury fragrance packaging?
Popular options include foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, soft-touch lamination, matte or gloss lamination, screen printing, flocking and specialty textured paper. The finish should complement the brand concept without reducing readability or making the surface unnecessarily difficult to recycle.

Can you produce sustainable and legally compliant fragrance packaging?
Available material options may include recyclable paperboard, kraft paper, recycled-content paper, FSC-certified paper when requested and available, molded pulp inserts and structures designed to reduce mixed materials.
Warnings, product information, barcodes, batch areas, recycling symbols and other required content can be incorporated into the artwork. However, the fragrance brand is responsible for supplying and approving the legally required wording for each product and target market.

What are the MOQ, sample time and production lead time?
Our standard MOQ is generally 1,000 pieces per design. The final quantity depends on the packaging structure, dimensions, materials, inserts and finishing processes. Custom samples normally take 3–7 working days, while fragrance packaging mass production generally takes 15–30 working days after sample and artwork approval.
